Staffroom at your school

Staffroom is a weekly planner used by teachers in UK primary schools, from Reception to Year 6. Teachers use it to plan their week against the National Curriculum, the EYFS framework and schemes like White Rose and Oak Academy. It is a staff tool, used by adults for planning and classroom organisation. Pupils never use it.

School web filters often block sites they have not categorised yet, and staffroom.pro is a young domain. This is routine and quick to fix. Your IT team, or the company that manages your school's filtering, can allow the domains below in a few minutes.

The Department for Education's filtering and monitoring standards say filtering "should not unreasonably impact teaching and learning", and staff are expected to report over-blocking. Asking for a teacher planning tool to be allowed is exactly what that process is for.

If you are a teacher, forward this page to whoever looks after your school's internet filtering, or to your senior leadership team. If your filter shows a "request this site" button on the block page, that works too.

If your filter uses categories, staffroom.pro belongs in Education, alongside other teacher planning tools. If this page loads on your school network, the main domain is already allowed and only the sign-in and data domains above still need adding.

• Staffroom is for staff only. There are no pupil accounts, no pupil logins, and no pupil data anywhere in the product.
• We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Teacher data is hosted in the EU via Supabase.
• All traffic is encrypted with TLS over HTTPS (port 443). There is nothing to install and no other ports are needed.
• Teachers sign in with an email address or a Google account. The app runs in any modern browser.
• Staffroom is made by Staffroompro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
